Patisserie Course – Fraisier Gateaux

Learn how to make one of our best-selling, classic fresh cakes, the Fraisier Gateaux.

Your 2.5 hour class will cover the following;

Upon arrival, you will be offered a complementary welcome hot chocolate from our range (the hazelnut is the chef’s favourite) while the rest of the class gathers.

Chef’s welcome

Recipes & techniques – these will cover, Genoise sponge, two strawberry jelly techniques, diplomat cream and tempering chocolate as well as decoration ideas.

On top of all this, our knowledgeable chef will take you through the history of cacao, where and how it is grown and the entire process of making chocolate from the bean to the bar.

During this course, you will be given the opportunity to try samples of our fresh chocolates along with the spectrum of Original Beans’ range, from 100% dark chocolate all the way to white chocolate.
