London Craft Week 3rd – 7th May

Make Chocolate at R Chocolate London.

The workshop will cover a number of chocolate making techniques and the opportunity to sample some fresh chocolate.

The chocolate workshop will investigate the history of chocolate, from the history of cacao, where and how it is grown and the entire process of making chocolate from the bean to the bar. There will be samples of the company’s fresh chocolates to try, along with the spectrum of Original Beans’ range, from 100% dark chocolate all the way to white chocolate. Suggestions of flavour combinations and chocolate techniques. A chance for participants to decorate individual chocolate bars with a choice of nuts, fruit, marshmallow and sparkles, to give each it’s a personal finish.
